Your order remains as Unfulfilled as we're currently crafting your custom products. Once prepared, we dispatch them with our courier partners, and you'll receive updates via SMS/E-MAIL. Typically, new orders take 24-48 hours to dispatch.

To request custom stickers, simply email us at designtale25@gmail.com, and we'll promptly assist you.

  • Do your stickers come with matte or gloss finish?

All our stickers are provided with a Premium Matte Finish.

  • What are your policies for Returns & Refunds?

We maintain a defect rate of less than 1%. If any issues arise, contact us within 72 hours with a photograph of the problem. After verification, we'll reproduce any defective items. Returns are solely accepted for quality-related reasons, and we cover shipping costs if required.

  • What does your 100% satisfaction guarantee entail?

If there's a quality issue with your order, we'll replace any defective units at no cost.

  • How can I return my order if I'm dissatisfied?
