Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Please be aware that for returns and refunds, all products must be unused and returned with all labels and packaging intact. Exchanges are only available for specific products. The terms and conditions for various product categories are outlined below:
For T-shirt Returns and Exchanges: Size Exchange: To exchange a T-shirt for a different size, fill out the size exchange form within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Returned T-shirts must be unused, with all packaging and labels intact. Damaged, washed, or modified products will not be accepted. Products can only be exchanged once. Design Tale reserves the right to refuse returns in case of abuse of the process.

Once your exchange request is accepted, Design Tale will arrange for a reverse pick-up. If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product to Design Tales' office. Upon receipt of the returned product and verification, Design Tale will issue a coupon code for the product's value, which can be used for a new order of a different size. A shipping charge of Rs. 60/- applies for orders placed using the coupon code. This process takes 7-10 working days.

Unsatisfactory Product or Wrong Order: If you're unsatisfied with the product or received the wrong item, contact Design Tale within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Products must be unused and returned with all packaging and labels intact. You'll need to self-ship the product to Design Tales' office, and refund will be provided in the form of coupons, minus Cash on Delivery charges, for use on your next purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Product: In case of damaged, different, or incorrect products, notify Design Tale within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with pictures of the defect. Upon acceptance, Design Tale will arrange for a reverse pick-up. After verification, a coupon code for the product's value will be issued.

For Badges, Posters, Coffee Mugs, and Other Products:

Unsatisfactory Product or Wrong Order: If you're unsatisfied with the product or received the wrong item, contact Design Tale at designtale25@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Products must be unused and returned with all packaging and labels intact. No claims/complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt. Once your request is reviewed and accepted by Design Tale, you'll need to self-ship the product to our address. Shipping costs are to be borne by you. Refunds will be issued in the form of coupons, excluding Cash on Delivery charges, for use on your next purchase at www.designtale.store.

Damaged or Incorrect Product: In case of damaged or incorrect products, notify us at designtale25@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with pictures of the defect. No claims/complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of receipt. Once your claim is accepted, Design Tale will arrange for a reverse pick-up. Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the Products. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
