Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe:

At Design Tale, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Typically, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. However, please note that shipping/deliveries may experience delays during peak order volumes, such as during ongoing sales events.

Shipping Charges:

For Prepaid Orders:

• Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders above ₹299.
• ₹60 shipping charges apply to Prepaid orders below ₹299.

For COD Orders:

• An additional ₹80 COD handling charge will be applied.
• We recommend making prepaid payments for contactless deliveries.

Undelivered Orders:

Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery of your order. In the event they are unable to deliver the product:

• A refund will be credited to your Design Tale wallet or the original payment source.
• The store credit can be redeemed on your next purchase with us.
