Refund policy

At Design Tale, we maintain an exceptionally low defect/error rate. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately and provide a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

For Quality Issues: We require a proper photograph showcasing the problem. This enables us to investigate the issue thoroughly before providing a resolution.

For Missing Items in Order: We request an unboxing video to help us investigate the issue accurately.

In case of Quality Issues/Defects:

  • We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.
  • Since each sticker is freshly made for you, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For instance, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you simply change your mind or prefer a different product.

Key Aspects of Our Returns & Refund Policies:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery in case of any defects.
  • Submission of a photograph indicating the problem is required.
  • We will cover shipping costs and provide a shipping label if a return is necessary.
  • If we verify an error on our part, we will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days, using the original production time and shipping method.
  • All sales are final.

In Case of Missing Items Issue:

  • We will provide a resolution in terms of a refund or sending you the missing items.
  • An unboxing video is required for investigation purposes.
  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery in case of missing items.
  • All sales are final.

What is Meant by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee? If there's a quality problem with your order, contact us, and we will replace any defective units free of charge.

Regarding Orders Showing Delivered But Not Received: If your order status shows Delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours of the status change. We will ship you a new order or refund your money based on the response from the logistics company. Please note that requests made after 24 hours of the status change cannot be entertained, as per the policies set by logistics companies in India.

Can I Return My Order If I Do Not Like It? If there is a problem with your order, contact us and attach a photograph indicating the problem, and we will address it accordingly. While quality issues are rare, we strive to resolve them promptly. However, as each sticker is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you simply decide you do not want it or prefer a different product.
